Calling all first-timers, start your new healthy habit with our Fundamental Pilates classes designed for beginners. We’ll introduce you to the apparatus (Reformer and Tower) and key principles of Pilates. Learn more about your PowerHouse, key activation of the abdominals, effective breathe-work, spinal mechanics and postural awareness.
After completing three fundamental sessions, you will be equipped with the knowledge and technique to unlock access to our Reformer and Tower 1 group classes. Suitable for those with no injuries who are keen to do group Pilates for general fitness.
