What is the maximum capacity of the class?
To ensure that every participant gets adequate attention from the instructor and safe distancing, we have limited the outdoor group class capacity to 5 pax.

How much are classes?
Outdoor classes can be booked with your existing equipment group class package or are 55 SGD per session.

Where do I find the schedule and how do I book?
You can find the schedule on our website and classes can be booked the usual way via our website or the MindBody App.

Where do we meet?
Botanics Meeting Point: Bukit Timah Gate
East Coast Park Meeting Point: Starbucks at Parkland Green

Your instructor will be at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the start of class. We will proceed to the workout location from the meeting point together 5 minutes before the start of class.

Please make sure that the mobile number in your MindBody account is up to date for us to be able to reach you. We will also update you with the instructor’s mobile number to contact should you need any assistance. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class

What are the wet weather plans?
In the case of bad weather, we will monitor the weather and make a decision about the class 1 hour prior to the session.

What is the cancellation policy?
As there are limited spaces, our cancellation policy of 24 hours applies to our outdoor classes. You will be charged for the session if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session. You will not be charged if the session has to be canceled due to inclement weather.

What is the level of the class?
These classes are designed to be open classes, suitable for everyone. As there are only 5 people in the class, the teacher will be able to provide modifications and options regardless of your level.

What do I need to bring?
A mat and a big beach towel.
