private pilates sessions and group classes, utilising a variety of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Every class emphasises core strength, refined control, and clear alignment to improve posture and ease of movement.

GYROTONIC®


Build strength, flexibility, and awareness through fluid, circular sequences inspired by yoga, dance, swimming, and tai chi. Offered in private or small group sessions,

Pre & Post Natal

At Breathe, Pilates instructors complete rigorous Merrithew training and a structured in-house programme led by Senior Instructors and our Educational Director. Trainees study theory, submit programmes for critique, sit mock exams, and pass a final assessment.

MERRITHEW® Training Centre

Breathe is a MERRITHEW® Licensed Training Centre, selected to host official courses and workshops led by certified Instructor Trainers. We deliver STOTT PILATES education, plus Core, Total Barre, and ZEN.GA. Programming is set by master trainers, ensuring high standards and a strong pipeline of quality instructors.

Tailored Sessions

Private and small-group formats enable precise, stepwise progression. Instructors personalise programmes for goals such as recovery, prenatal, and performance, applying contemporary methods and varied apparatus to deliver safe modifications and steady, measurable results.

Multiple Locations

Train at five convenient studios across the island: Novena Medical Centre, Parkway Centre, Galaxis, 6 Raffles Quay, and The Heeren. Find a schedule that fits and stay consistent with a studio close to home or work.

Find Your Pilates Rhythm: Frequency of Pilates Classes

For Beginners

Set a base of two to three sessions per week to master Pilates breathing, improve body awareness and strengthen core muscles.

For Steady Progress

Aim for three sessions weekly. Mix small group classes with periodic private check-ins to refine form and address specific goals.

For Visible Change and Muscle Tone

Train four to five times weekly with a blend of group classes and targeted private sessions.

For Advanced Practitioners

Practise on alternate days or four to six times weekly. Periodise your focus across strength, mobility, and skill work. Combine Reformer and GYROTONIC®.

Pilates Class Prices, Trials and Packages at Breathe Pilates

Private Reformer packages start from $393. Small group class packages start from S$61 per session when purchased in a bundle. Memberships and multi-session packages lower the per-class rate and support steady progress.
