Pilates Fitness Classes

Here at Breathe, a one-on-one consultation with us or together with our doctors is paramount to customizing the best exercise for you.

We offer the most up to date methods in Fitness. Whether you choose a solo or quartet class, you will work on exercises designed for your body’s needs.

We strongly recommend those who have not done Pilates before to undergo a few private sessions,
for movement analysis and introduction to Pilates, prior to joining the group classes.

Clinical Pilates

With physiotherapy trained instructors and working relationships with many movement specialists, Breathe specialises in clinical Pilates which helps to rehabilitate old and new injuries as well as prevention of future injuries by encouraging correct bio-mechanical patterns.

Merging manual therapy with exercise, we are able to provide an environment of complimentary strategies for balancing the body in a single session.


Private Pilates

Available as one-on-one or one-on-two (duet) session, you will utilise the full range of Pilates equipment in an hour long session with exercises designed to address your specific needs and goals.

With private sessions, you will enjoy the flexibility of booking sessions at a time convenient to you as your progress at your own pace.


Reformer & Tower Group

At Breathe, all our reformers are also equipped with a tower. Enjoy the beauty of having multiple equipment in the same group class. The reformer can challenge balance, strength and mobility while the tower has many possibilities of spring tension.

Kept to a maximum of 5 people, our classes are small to ensure attention to detail.



GYROTONIC® training is a series of circular and fluid exercises that work the entire body through muscular, skeletal and cardiovascular stimulation on unique weight and pulley based equipments. It offers similar benefits also derived from yoga, dance, Tai Chi and swimming.

The GYROTONIC® method is a great exercise system that will maximise the range of motion in your joints, thus preventing arthrosis and limited mobility.

Prenatal Pilates

One of Breathe’s most popular classes, it helps strengthen the pelvic floor and the back muscles to help mothers have a smooth pregnancy, delivery and recovery. It also helps reduce back pain during pregnancy as carrying a little one for 9 months can be a big task for your back.

The class also provides a supportive community for new and experienced mums to share and learn more about the changes in their body during these 9 months.


Mums & Bubs

Our post natal class incorporates your new born into our exercises.

A great way to get your workout in while bonding with your baby, this class focuses on regaining core strength and awareness as well as developing shoulder girdle strength as your baby grows.

It is also a great way for fellow mums to meet and build friendships.

HIIT Pilates

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), is a training technique in which participants give all out, one hundred percent  effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.

This interval based class combines full boy strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and Pilates based core exercises to tone one’s body, improve endurance and clearing one’s mind.

Mat Pilates


Stripped down to the bare essentials of mats and props, our Mat Pilates classes help relieve stress, soothe aches and pains, while building strong core muscles.

With a focus on breathe and flow, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscle awareness, leaving you feeling revitalised after each session.
