Shiyun discovered Pilates in 2023 as part of her rehabilitation journey for a shoulder tear and body imbalances. What began as a way to restore strength and mobility soon grew into a deeper appreciation for Pilates and its foundation in biomechanics, intentional movement, and body awareness.
Through her own practice and training, Shiyun has seen how Pilates can help people move and feel better. “I always feel better mentally and physically after a pilates session, even on days where I feel down and lethargic. There has never been a class I regret going for!”
Her teaching approach aims to meet clients where they are, and helping them achieve their goals through mindful movement while building strength, balance, and confidence in a fun and sustainable way.
