Vivi’s lifelong dream has always been to help women stay in shape, and to become more beautiful and attractive. Having gone through a successful weight loss journey with the help of wellness and exercise, Vivi deeply understands the benefits they give.
Vivi started practicing Yoga in the hopes of getting in shape and achieve her desired body. When she was pregnant, Vivi started her Pilates journey and fell in love with it after her first class. The combination of strength, flexibility as well as the connection between the mind and body helped Vivi maintain a good physical condition throughout her entire pregnancy journey.
Now, Vivi is inspired to be a Pilates instructor, hoping to help more women pay attention to their bodies and become better through her teaching; especially for new moms who have higher tendencies to neglect their health and physique because of motherhood.
During her classes, Vivi likes to pay great attention to the accuracy of each movement. She hopes that every person can achieve their own exercise goals through her classes whilst practicing happily, and leaving her class feeling satisfied and fulfilled.
Vivi一直以来的梦想就是带着所有女性们保持体型,变美,变漂亮。Vivi之前因为通过了跑步而成功的瘦身,重获自信,让她深刻体会了运动的好处。
除了跑步之外,因为想塑形,Vivi也开始练起了瑜伽。如今,Vivi已经练习瑜伽有7年,还考了瑜伽老师资格证。怀孕期间,Vivi也开始了普拉提之旅,第一节课就爱上了普拉提。力量与柔美的结合,心与身体的结合,也让Vivi在整个孕期,身材保持很好,成功顺产。
因为如此,Vivi决定当一位普拉提老师,希望通过自己的教学来帮助更多女性,更加关注自己的身体;尤其是因为当了妈妈而忽视自己的健康和体态的宝妈们。
Vivi在课程上非常注重动作的准确性,以防在运动是受伤。最终,Vivi希望每个学员都可以达到自己运动的目标,开心的来上课,满意的回家。
