Vanessa first turned to Pilates to relieve the tension and stiffness that came from long hours at her desk, with days often filled with meetings, screens, and constant problem-solving. What started as a way to stretch and unwind soon became a practice that helped her build strength, balance, and a deeper sense of awareness.

She was drawn to how the STOTT Pilates® method combines mindful movement with precise technique, and how small adjustments can make a big difference in how the body feels and functions.

Inspired by her own experience, Vanessa decided to pursue instructor training to deepen her understanding and share the benefits of Pilates with others. She hopes to help clients feel more connected, confident, and at ease in their bodies.
