Sculpt Mat 1 A mat class suitable for beginners, postnatal mums, and those recovering from injuries. We will work through the Pilates repertoire on the mat to improve posture, strengthen your core, increase body awareness, flexibility and body tone.
Sculpt Mat 2 This intermediate class incorporates more challenging exercises from the Pilates repertoire to give you a full body workout that targets your arms, back, legs, butt, and of course your Powerhouse!
Power Mat This class builds strong, lean muscles by integrating the Pilates principles of control, balance and posture into a fast-paced, “fat-burning” workout. You will mix core-strengthening Pilates movements with traditional cardio favourites, such as squats and planks, to experience a full body workout.
Mat Flow A dynamic and challenging class that integrates breath and movement with seamless transitions, this class will challenge your focus, endurance, coordination and strength.
Prenatal Pilates This class focuses on using breath and movement to stabilise and strengthen the pelvic floor and back muscles to help mothers have a smooth pregnancy, delivery and recovery. Sessions also focus on working on the neck and shoulder stability during pregnancy in preparation for increased upper body strength needed with a newborn. The class is suitable for moms-to-be from 2nd trimester to full term.
Postnatal Pilates A gentle class for postnatal mums to regain core strength and functionality. This class will also work on the upper body to stretch tired muscles and gain strength to deal with daily activities. This class is suitable for moms are who are 4 weeks and more postnatal.
Mobility Having control throughout our joints’ full range of motion helps enhance our body’s ability to function effectively, efficiently and with diminished risk of injury and pain. Using exercises and props, this class is designed to help you develop maximum body control, flexibility and strength throughout your joints’ full range of motion, improving overall joint mobility and longevity.
GYROKINESIS Enjoy the benefits of the GYROTONIC method using only a mat and chair. The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. By the end of a Gyrokinesis session, one’s entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focusing on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.
