After the birth of her third child, Jane grappled with chronic back pain that resulted from her weakened core. Diagnosed with moderate diastasis recti, her physiotherapist recommended that she try Pilates. Which became a transformative solution – enhancing her energy, core strength and muscle tone. This new found strength not only eased her back pain but also allowed her to lead an active life with her children.

Drawn to Pilates for its scientific foundation in human anatomy and movement, Jane is now a passionate instructor of the STOTT Pilates methodology. She is committed to be a pivotal part of her clients’ transformative journeys toward strength and well-being.
