Having spent many years in HR and administrative management within the real estate industry, long hours at a desk often left Du Meng with stiff shoulders, a tight neck, and high levels of stress. It was through a friend's recommendation that she began a systematic Pilates practice. With consistent training, her shoulder and neck discomfort quickly eased, posture was reshaped, and her physical control while diving significantly improved.
This personal journey of self-healing gave Du Meng a profound understanding of the various physical pain points caused by today's sedentary lifestyle. By relying on rational, scientific physical control training, we can dissolve bodily tension and reclaim a sense of physical and mental freedom that feels open and revitalized. Du Meng is dedicated to sharing the mind-body benefits she has gained from this practice with many more people.
Du Meng曾在房地产行业任职多年人力行政管理工作,长期伏案工作时常造成肩颈僵硬、精神紧绷,经由朋友引荐开启系统普拉提练习。持续训练后,肩颈不适快速得到舒缓,体态得到重塑,潜水时的身体控制力亦有改善。
