Chloe’s own Pilates journey began a few years ago, when she was looking to build strength, tone muscles, and improve her posture. As she kept doing Pilates, she began to enjoy it more and more and noticed the benefits it brought. Chloe believes that Pilates is beneficial for everyone as its basic principles can be applied even to everyday activities and movements.
With personalised sessions and a focus on mindful movement, Chloe hopes to help more people on their Pilates journeys achieve their goals, whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or developing a deeper body awareness.
