Due to her scoliosis and unsupervised HIIT workouts, Caureen suffered unbearable pains in her shoulders, hips, and knees.
As a result, she turned to Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. since then, her life has changed as her constant pain has disappeared! As a firm believer in the benefits of Pilates, Caureen is keen to share her knowledge with clients to help them better understand proper functional movement.
