Audrey’s Pilates journey happened quite by accident, when she was exploring different types of exercises on Classpass 5 years ago. After a few sessions, she could already notice that she felt stronger, more body aware and more confident in her body. She loved that she was able to learn how to work with her body and hypermobility, and was given progressions that were safe yet challenging.
Over the years, her belief that Pilates is beneficial for anyone and everyone has only deepened as her knowledge of the exercise grows. Whether your aim is to tone, improve strength, mobility, flexibility or all of the above, Audrey looks forward to helping you achieve your goals through mindful, safe and tailored workouts.
