Meet New Instructor, Caureen

Due to her scoliosis and unsupervised HIIT workout, incorrect posture and wrong weight bearing on her joints eventually caused Caureen to suffer massive pains in her shoulders, hips, and knees. As a form of rehabilitation, she discovered Pilates and since then her life had changed and her constant pain has since disappeared! 

A firm believer in the benefits of Pilates as a fitness regime, particularly as the body ages, Caureen is keen to share her knowledge and teach clients to better understand proper functional movement for their respective bodies which will lead to effective mobility, strength, and flexibility training.
